More Than Pickleball (Buford’s premier indoor pickleball facility) has a 2,700 sq. ft. space available for high-energy group fitness classes. We’re looking for certified trainers who can run:

Strength & Conditioning

• Pickleball-specific performance trainingP

• HIIT / Bootcamp-style classes

More Than Pickleball is Buford’s premier indoor pickleball facility, built around a passion for making the sport fun, inclusive, and accessible for all ages and skill levels. As one of the fastest-growing sports in America, pickleball has brought together a vibrant and active community — and we’re growing with it!

We’re launching new beginner programs and we're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable coaches to help lead the way.

Who We’re Looking For

We're hiring a Pickleball Coach who loves teaching beginners and other skill level players. You’ll lead group sessions, introduce fundamentals, and foster a positive, encouraging learning environment on the court. Whether you're an experienced coach or a skilled player passionate about helping others grow, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead beginner-friendly group lessons for both youth and adults

• Teach pickleball basics, including rules, techniques, and strategies

• Create a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants

• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and the MTP team

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism, especially during scheduled camps

• ​​

Schedule & Availability

Beginner Group Lessons:

• Weekdays before 6:00 PM

• Weekends (morning & early afternoon)

Additional opportunities for private/semi-private lessons available based on demand.

What You Need to Succeed

• Positive, outgoing, and encouraging attitude

• Experience working with beginners 

• Must be reliable and punctual

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

• Liability insurance (required before coaching begins)

We're Hiring!

MEMBER SPECIALIST

Location: Buford, GA

​

As a Member Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of MTP, ensuring everyone has a great experience. You'll build relationships, provide club tours, assist with events, and keep our facility running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, provide club tours, and set up new member accounts

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with members

• Assist with open play, leagues, tournaments, and social events

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring courts and pathways are clear

• Utilize our POS system for waivers, check-ins, and purchases

• Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere

Your Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for pickleball and a desire to create a welcoming community

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Tech-savvy (a plus!)
